sunbutter & jelly sandwiches (sunflower seed butter before 1)
humus (we dip Graduates cheese stick or pita bread in it for her)
avocado & blueberry muffins/banana bread

fruit canned in 100% juice including apples, pears, peaches, apricots
apple sauce
graham crackers & animal crackers for cookies
Drinks- plenty of access to water throughout the day and she drinks 20 oz of whole milk throughout the day. Typically 5 oz at each meal and one more serving in the evening.
